- We know what we can and can’t do. We maintain a high standard of quality and develop our skills by training, for example. We do not hold back our knowledge, but instead aim to share it with the community to increase everybody’s skills.
- We take the changing needs of our customers into consideration and develop our services accordingly. We constantly seek new solutions that enable an even better customer experience. We are happy to receive feedback and aim to use it to develop our activities.
Communication and understanding
- We take our customers’ opinions and views into account. We understand that our work matters only through other people.
- We understand the meaning of communication. We communicate with our customers, document our actions, and make sure all parties are informed. We provide our honest view of the customer’s future and its effects on the company.
Legislation and trust
- We are familiar with the legislation governing our field and our work, and we abide by it. We keep private information confidential.
- We honor the basic rights of our employees, as well as binding collective agreements and other agreements.
Respect and responsibility
- At Chilit, we respect other people’s work and give others credit for what they have done and created.
- Our professionals are not entitled to abuse their position. We are responsible, which shows in all our actions and operations.
Recycling and our own work
- Our employees understand the effects of their work and can therefore see its broader significance for the whole community for which the work is done. In our work, we always consider the requirements of the entire supply chain.
- We consider the environment in all our actions. We recycle all devices and equipment responsibly at the end of our life cycle services. We encourage our employees and customers to carry out their business electronically.
