Chilit provides a comprehensive suite of modern IT services. We help our customers to transfer easily to a more productive and secure working environment. We can provide our customers with all the IT services and solutions they need, from the user’s pocket to the cloud.

Our customers consist mainly of companies located in the greater Helsinki and Turku regions. We have promised our customers to provide them with IT services that no one else has the skills, time, or courage to offer. This is a promise we are committed to keeping. We employ more than 60 skilled professionals and are supported by the Finnish investment company Sentica Partners. Join in on our success story!

Customer satisfaction is actively tracked

We want to take good care of our customers. We actively track customer satisfaction and invest in developing the quality of our services. Our customer liaisons function in close cooperation with our customers, ensuring that we constantly keep collecting feedback on our work. We can then take this feedback into account in service development as soon as possible. We perform customer surveys regularly, and about once a year, we organize a workshop (Chilit Kokkikoulu™) for customers subscribing to our continuous services (Chilit Pitopalvelut™). This workshop provides a great opportunity for open discussion about how we can improve our services.

In 2018, our average customer satisfaction rating was 4.5/5.
